Returns – Within 07 Days
This policy applies only to products purchased from the Frisson™ webshop.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 07 days to do so without providing any reason. The period is calculated from the date when the product is in your possession. If you ordered multiple products, the date is calculated from when the last product was received. For returns, please always contact us via Service and Support. Be sure to keep your order details, order number, and receipt for all return inquiries.
Please use only original packaging materials and cartons when returning a product. Original packaging includes internal packing material and the shipping carton. Remember to include all accessories, such as cables and remote controls.
To return goods purchased from the online shop, please contact us at Service and Support. We will provide you with all the necessary return information.
Please Note! If you wish to invoke this return policy, Zacs and Phils® will deduct a standard shipping fee from your refund. This fee is currently Rs250 per product.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
