All orders are shipped and delivered within 7-15 business days. (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Time of delivery depends on the address and whether the product is in stock.
We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to unforeseen factors.
Unclaimed Products
Ordered goods that are not picked up by the customer and are returned to ZACS AND PHILS® will incur shipping fees both ways.
How To Order
Once you have ordered and paid for your products, you will receive an email to ZACS AND PHILS® with a receipt confirming your online payment and details of your order and delivery. Please ensure you enter a correct email address when placing your order.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your order shortly after placing it.. If you have any inquiries regarding your order, you can contact us by leaving a ticket here. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues or any other difficulty, you will be refunded for the unavailable item. Each product purchased is sold as per its product description.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publication.
While we strive to maintain current information on the website, the details (including product descriptions) may not always be updated at the time of ordering.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a product exchange. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the items within the specified delivery timeframe. However, if there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order or a delay in processing, we will inform you promptly and explain the situation. If necessary, we will offer an alternative option or refund the amount to your account. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. You will be notified of this action via email sent to the address provided on your order form.
